4. Payments & Refunds

  • A deposit is required to begin work

  • Final payment is due upon delivery of the agreed files

  • Refunds are not provided for completed work

Late payments may result in additional fees.

5. Usage Rights & Licensing

Unless otherwise specified in the agreement:

  • Clients receive rights to use delivered photographs for the intended purpose (e.g., corporate materials, digital platforms, social media, or marketing).

  • Oštro Studio retains copyright over all images.

  • Any extended or commercial licensing must be discussed and agreed upon separately.

6. Confidentiality

We handle all client information, images, and internal materials with strict confidentiality. Clients are also expected not to disclose proprietary aspects of our processes, pricing, or unpublished work.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Oštro Studio is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our images or website

  • delays caused by third-party vendors or external conditions

  • business outcomes related to branding or photography decisions
