Breaking away from rigid corporate portraits

The challenge was to balance a consistent corporate look with personal expression. Instead of traditional, overly serious portraits, the aim was to create images that felt natural, confident, and authentic—while still aligned with a global brand identity.

A flexible studio experience inside the office

A pop-up studio was set up directly in the office to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Employees could choose between light, neutral, or dark backgrounds using a pre-defined moodboard, and review images instantly on a monitor. A three-light setup (key, fill, and rim light) ensured flattering, consistent results across the series.
